Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Booking deposit: $25

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment is due one (1) day before the scheduled event to help us prepare everything for you. If payment isn’t received by then, the reservation may need to be released

Cancellations must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled service or event to be eligible for a refund or credit. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for cancellations made by us, duplicate charges, or exceptional circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5–10 business days].

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or credit will be offered.
